Conference Submission Guidelines

Prospective contributors are invited to submit full papers in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format, 8 pages in double-column format, including all figures, tables, and references, to Karpagam Academy of Higher Education via Microsoft CMT.

By submitting a research paper, authors agree that if accepted, they will submit a camera-ready version of the updated paper for inclusion in the final ICERCS25 proceedings and present the paper at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference by the time the camera-ready article is submitted for inclusion in the proceedings.

Decisions on submitted manuscripts will be sent to authors via email after the review process is completed. The acceptance ID provided in the acceptance email must be included in all future correspondence.

Accepted papers will be allocated to a regular technical session. All papers will undergo a comprehensive double-blind review process. To submit the final version, at least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.

Possible Plagiarism Scenarios

Plagiarism can be identified even if the amount of plagiarized material varies. Proper citation alone is not sufficient to avoid plagiarism charges if specific material is not clearly identified. Paraphrasing must be done correctly, with proper citation, to avoid plagiarism.

In summary, while the amount of plagiarized material affects the corrective action, the presence of plagiarism is determined by the proper use of citations, quotation marks, and offset text.
